xertioN on MOUZ’s elimination from the IEM Cologne Major: “Every experience is part of life.”

MOUZ captain Dorian “xertioN” Berman, in an interview at the IEM Cologne Major 2026, assessed the team’s performance at the Major, listed the team’s challenges, and spoke about his role as IGL.
On MOUZ’s performance at the IEM Cologne Major
I can’t say that the IEM Cologne Major was a good experience for me. It’s one of the first Majors in a long time where I—and most of our team—failed to make it to the playoffs. Still, every experience is part of life, so I’m glad to be here despite the loss and our elimination from the Major. I think this will help us improve our form and become better players in the future. But what’s done is done—there are no excuses.
On MOUZ’s challenges
I’m still proud of my guys. In my opinion, it’s been tough with so many roster changes and a lack of practice time. I think we did the best we could, and we never used those reasons as excuses.
On the IGL role
I really enjoyed playing as IGL. I’m sure I want to continue playing in this role, if the coach is okay with it.
Earlier, MOUZ exited the IEM Cologne Major 2026, finishing in 12th–14th place and earning $20,000 in prize money. Dorian “xertioN” Berman’s team lost to FUT Esports 1–2 in maps: 11–13 on Ancient, 13–10 on Nuke, and 7–13 on Mirage.
