Conventus Stellarum defeated PlayTime on the first day of the group stage of PGL Wallachia Season 9.

CS completely controlled the first match, allowing them to win easily. The second map began with PlayTime applying pressure, which allowed them to build a sufficient lead and secure the victory. The third match did not feature clear dominance by either team, but thanks to well-executed team fights, Conventus Stellarum pulled ahead and secured the win.

Thus, Conventus Stellarum advances to Pot 1 with a 1-0 record, while PlayTime is 0-1.

PGL Wallachia Season 9 will take place from September 19 to 27 in Bucharest, Romania. Sixteen teams will compete in the tournament for a $1,000,000 prize pool, with $300,000 going to the winner. The previous tournament in the series ended with a victory for BetBoom Team.
