Aurora Gaming coach Damien “kpii” Chok spoke in an interview at BLAST Slam VIII about changing his approach to drafts following the departure of the team’s first-position player.
Not really. I just changed the heroes I pick a little bit. Other than that, everything’s pretty much the same.
Yes, I’d say skiter is very similar to Nightfall in many ways, including the heroes he plays. So for us, it wasn’t a huge change. I guess what’s changed the most is the atmosphere and stuff like that, because Nightfall was a bit more outspoken. I think that’s probably the biggest change.
He tries really hard. He talks a lot about Dota 2 and is very outspoken both during and outside of games. I think that’s the biggest change.
Earlier, Aurora Gaming lost to PARIVISION in the seeding match for BLAST Slam VIII, which means the team will start their playoff run in the upper bracket quarterfinals.
