I’m doing great. I’m really excited about the chance to play on a new team and see how it goes.

It’s definitely a new experience. It’s not just about leaving the Falcons—I’m also no longer playing with Sneyking. He was my lane partner for a very long time, so I’m really motivated right now. Plus, Yatoro won his third “Aegis”—I have something to strive for again.

It was a mutual decision between the organization and the players. We all wanted to try something new. We all realized we were tired of each other. Although we had some good seasons—maybe the last one wasn’t the best—we just wanted new challenges, something fresh.

I don’t think I have the same desire as ATF to beat my former teammates. I’m more focused on my own game and on gelling with my new team. Of course, there are more emotions in matches against former teammates, but that’s not the main goal.

[When you face each other on the line, will your knowledge of him help you? Will there be any rivalry?]

I’m still just getting to know them a little, so it’s hard to say. But I know they’re very smart, hardworking, and talented guys. We’ll see how we gel as a team.

For us, at least the Swiss stage will be more like practice matches. We’ll try to figure out what we’re capable of as a team.

Of course, we want to perform as well as possible in this tournament—ideally, to win it. But my main goal is to get a slight head start on all the teams that are currently on a break. That way, when they return, we’ll be in better shape than they are.
