At the end of the first day, Team Nemesis, Xtreme Gaming, Conventus Stellarum, Natus Vincere, Aurora Gaming, GamerLegion, Team Yandex, and LGD Gaming advanced to the 1:0 bracket, while 1w Team, Pibbles Corp, PlayTime, Hokori, Pipsqueak+4, Team Cobra, MOUZ, and Yakult Brothers moved to the 0:1 bracket.

PGL Wallachia Season 9 will take place from September 19 to 27 in Bucharest, Romania. Sixteen teams will compete in the tournament for a prize pool of $1,000,000, with the winner taking home $300,000. BetBoom Team was crowned champion of the series last season.
