Xtreme Gaming and Team Nemesis proved stronger than Pibbles Corp and 1win Team, respectively, in the group stage of PGL Wallachia Season 9.
Xtreme Gaming easily crushed Pibbles Corp on both maps.
The first match between Team Nemesis and 1win Team started evenly, but thanks to some skillful teamfights, 1win pulled ahead and secured the win. The second map turned into a rout for 1win Team. The third map went to Team Nemesis.
Thus, Xtreme Gaming and Team Nemesis advance to the group stage with a 1-0 record, while Pibbles Corp and 1win Team are eliminated with a 0-1 record.

PGL Wallachia Season 9 will take place from September 19 to 27 in Bucharest, Romania. Sixteen teams will compete in the tournament for a prize pool of $1,000,000, with the champion receiving $300,000 of that amount. The previous tournament in the series ended with a victory for BetBoom Team.
