Glowing Fluorite in Genshin Impact—a special mineral from the Snow Region added in Update 7.0. These purple crystals with a bluish glow can be found in the open world and in the Shadow Realms, and are used to obtain crafting blueprints for weapons from the blacksmith Kuzmichev. In this guide, we’ll explain where to find Luminous Fluorite in Genshin Impact and determine whether you can purchase this resource from merchants.
Fluorite can be found in areas where a Shadow Sphere is located. However, you don’t need to start the Shadow Sphere’s trial to collect it—the fluorite grows on the surface.
The first collection point is west of the “Dawn’s Dawn” station. You can collect seven pieces of fluorite in this dungeon.

The second collection point is northeast of the “Abandoned Shrines” weapon dungeon. You can collect 6 fluorites there.

The third collection point is at the very southern tip of the map, just west of the Cave of the Tide, where the Water Spirit practices. You can collect five fluorites on the Shadow Sphere islet, and one more is located on the mainland.

The fourth collection point is located near the largest Sphere of Shadows on the map, southwest of the village of Morepesok. Be careful and bring a Shieldbearer—this location is full of dangerous monsters.

You can collect another five on the islet north of the city of Glupova.

The sixth collection point is the entrance to the White King’s courtyard.

And the last (as of Patch 7.0) location where fluorite grows is in the middle of the Icy Wasteland. It’s easiest to start from the eastern part, where there’s a captured monster, and head down into the gorge.

There isn’t much Glowing Fluorite on the map, so to get more, it’s worth joining co-op mode with other Travelers. As of Patch 7.0, no merchant sells Glowing Fluorite, though this may change in future patches.
Fluorite is needed to obtain two blueprints from Blacksmith Kuzmichov. At this time, this is the only use for fluorite.
