MLBB Continental Championships Season 8 Statistics: Hirara, Clint, and Pakito Were the Most Popular
During MLBB Continental Championships Season 8, teams most frequently played with Hirara, Clint, and Pakito—they accounted for 83, 75, and 73 picks, respectively, according to data from Liquipedia.
In terms of bans, Marcel (116 times), Freya (97), and Rafael (92) led the pack. In terms of overall popularity—the combined total of picks and bans—Marcel (156 appearances), Hirara (151), and Atlas (141) led the pack. Forty-four heroes were completely ignored.
Among the heroes selected 10 or more times, the following had the highest win rates: Chichi (80%), Valir (70%), and Kalea (64%); when the cutoff is set at 50 picks, the leaders are Hirara (60%), Bartz (59%), and Uranus (58%). The win rate for the red side was 53%, and for the blue side, 47%. In total, the teams played 157 hands, most of which—85—ended between the 10th and 15th minutes.
Playoff participants most often selected Zhuxin (23 times), Marcel (16), Bruno and Harley (15 each), while the most frequently banned were Masha (31), Freya (32), Aulus, and Hiraru (31 each).
MCC Season 8 ran from August 28 to October 31; the organizers awarded a $40,000 prize pool, one spot in the M8 World Championship, and two spots in the Wildcard stage of the upcoming championship. These slots went to Team Spirit, Aurevia Team, and Team Yandex, respectively.
