MLBB Games of the Future 2026 Preview: Format, Rosters, and First-Round Schedule
The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang competition as part of the 2026 Future Games kicks off on August 4. The competition format, team rosters, prize pool distribution, and first-round schedule are detailed below.
Tournament Format
The group stage of the championship will take place from August 4 to 5 in a modified double-elimination format with best-of-three (Bo3) matches. The top teams from this stage will advance to the quarterfinals of the playoffs, while several other teams will play preliminary matches for the final stage, and the bottom-ranked teams will be eliminated from the tournament.
The Games of the Future playoffs are scheduled for August 6–9. The stage will follow a single-elimination format with best-of-three series. In the grand final, teams must win three out of five maps.

The prize pool for the Games of the Future 2026 MLBB tournament is $900,000. The prizes are distributed by place as follows:
- 1st place — $315,000;
- 2nd place — $144,000;
- 3rd place — $108,000;
- 4th place — $63,000;
- 5th–8th place — $31,500 each;
- 9th–12th place — $22,500 each;
- 13th–16th place — $13,500 each.
