Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Test Server Update as of July 31, 2026: Rework of Obsidian, Lucas, and San

On July 31, MOONTON Games released an update for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang test server. In the new patch 2.2.06, the developers rebalanced heroes—specifically adjusting the abilities of Obsidia, Sana, and Lucas—and added new maps to the “Map Battle” mode
Hero Changes
The symbols (↑) (↓) (~) indicate a buff, nerf, and change, respectively.
Gord (↓)
Ultimate (↓)
- Base Damage: 100–180 >> 90–160.
Hayabusa (↑)
We’ve noticed that Hayabusa’s pick rate remains fairly low. To improve his performance in the jungle, we’ve increased the damage of his first ability. However, to maintain balance, the damage of his ultimate when absorbing Shadow Marks has been slightly reduced.
Skill 1 (↑)
- Damage: 220–280 (+75% bonus physical attack) >> 220–320 (+75%–90% bonus physical attack).
Ultimate (↓)
- Bonus damage from Shadow Mark: 90–150 (+ 40%–60% bonus physical attack) >> 90–120 (+ 40%–50% bonus physical attack).
Chilos (~)
Hilos’s previous passive effects were not effective enough, so we’ve strengthened them to make his stat gains more consistent.
Passive Skill (~)
- Removed effect: Hilos gains 1.5 additional maximum Health for every 1 additional maximum Mana gained from gear or emblems;
- New Effect: Hilos gains 1 additional maximum mana for every 2.5 additional maximum health.
Kalea (↑)
We’ve noticed that Kalea isn’t as strong in the hands of mid-tier players as she is at higher ranks, and her damage is lower than that of other roamer fighters. Her damage has been increased to improve her effectiveness at mid-tier levels.
Ability 1 (↑)
- Base Damage: 200–350 >> 200–450;
- Cooldown: 4 seconds >> 3.5 seconds.
Ultimate (~)
- Damage Bonus: 80% of Physical Attack >> 6% of Maximum Health.
Carrie (↑)
The clarity and trigger mechanics of some of Carrie’s abilities have been optimized.
Skill 1 (~)
The sphere’s visual effects and collision detection frequency have been optimized, making it easier for both allies and enemies to determine whether they will be hit by the skill’s projectile.
Ability 2 (↑)
Now detects nearby enemy heroes throughout the entire dash. If none are detected, it reacts to creeps and minions at the end of the dash.
Lucas (↑)
Lucas was a bit weak in the lane but too strong as a jungler. To improve his lane performance while preserving his jungle playstyle, we’ve made some adjustments.
Stats (↑)
- Base Health: 2,550 >> 2,620;
- Health per level: 202 >> 210;
- Base Physical Defense: 21 >> 23.
Passive Skill (↑)
- Resolve gained from attacking enemies: 2 >> 3.5.
Skill 1 (~)
Added a fan-shaped hitbox when used in human form with 0 Resolve charges.
- Base Damage: 220–520 >> 280–580;
- Physical attack damage bonus while spinning: 45% >> 40%.
Skill 2 (~)
Lightning damage after a dash now triggers only once.
- Lightning damage in beast form: 50–100 (+25% physical attack) >> 110–310 (+50% physical attack).
Ultimate (↓)
- Resolve gain: 1–2 >> 0.5–2;
- Stat boost: 15%–20% >> 15%.
Obsidian (↑)
To improve the hero’s low effectiveness as a marksman in the early and mid-game, we’ve increased the attack speed bonus and allowed towers to trigger his passive ability to speed up charge accumulation. We’ve also changed the ultimate’s bonus—now, when dealing damage, instead of increasing attack speed, a shield appears that boosts the character’s survivability.
Stats (↑)
- Attack Speed Bonus: 1% >> 2%.
Passive Skill (↑)
- New Effect: Obsidia gains 2 energy when her attacks hit towers.
Ultimate (~)
- Removed effect: Gains 30% attack speed when attacking an enemy hero;
- New Effect: Gains a shield when attacking an enemy hero;
- Shield Strength: 250–550 (+35 per shard).
Odette (↑)
Based on player feedback, we’ve decided to reverse all previous damage reductions to Odette. For balance purposes, some changes to her mechanics have been retained.
Ultimate (↑)
The second cast has been removed. You can now move freely while the ultimate is active, but movement speed is reduced by 40%.
San (~)
We noticed that significant differences in the effectiveness of Sun’s various builds led to the emergence of an unintended roamer build. To address this issue, we’ve adjusted the character by reducing the effectiveness of the roamer build without compromising performance on other lanes.
Passive Skill (↓)
- Health Regeneration: 25% of the Doppelganger’s Physical Attack >> 12% of the Doppelganger’s Physical Attack.
Skills 1 and 2 (~)
The Doppelganger gains all of Sana’s stats, but the damage it deals is reduced. It also gains bonus damage.
- Damage dealt by the Doppelganger: 40%;
- Damage taken by the Doppelganger: 200%.
The skill will not enter cooldown while the Doppelganger is present. For balance, we have reduced the skill’s base cooldown time.
- Cooldown: 10–8 seconds >> 6.5–5 seconds.
Ultimate (~)
The clone inherits all of Sana’s stats, but the damage it deals is reduced. It also deals bonus damage.
- Damage dealt by the clone: 50%–60%;
- Damage taken by the Doppelganger: 125%.
The skill will not enter cooldown while the clone is present. For balance, we have reduced the skill’s base cooldown.
- Cooldown: 36–28 seconds >> 32–22 seconds.

Other Match Changes
Tower health has been increased. The duration of the inner tower’s shield has been increased.
Survival Mode
Two weeks ago, we launched the updated Survival Mode and received a lot of feedback. Players felt nostalgic and expressed their appreciation for preserving some of the mechanics from the original Survival Mode. Based on your feedback, we’ve decided to make the following changes:
- The return of the “Tide of Destruction” zone mechanic from the original Survival Mode. As the match progresses, the “Tide of Destruction” will gradually shrink, moving closer to the high-level zone. Players inside the “Tide of Destruction” will take continuous damage;
- When only one team remains on the battlefield, an evacuation zone will appear beneath a randomly selected surviving hero, allowing all team members to leave the match before time runs out;
- Each equipped high-level item increases the wearer’s size by 10%;
- Added a display showing the number of surviving players during matches to help players better assess the situation;
- The death animation has been adjusted to match the original design;
- Added a timeline to accurately display upcoming events;
- Players now proceed directly to the hero selection screen after a successful matchmaking to reduce wait times.
