Moreno on Bigetron by Vitality’s victory in MPL Indonesia Season 17: “We finally did it, we’re champions!”
Bigetron by Vitality mid-laner Marcel Juan Moreno “Moreno” Sinulingga shared his feelings about winning the long-awaited trophy in an interview following their victory in the MPL Indonesia Season 17 Grand Final.
I’m very happy. First and foremost, I want to thank Allah for giving us this victory. I dedicate this trophy to my family, to my parents who are watching me right now. Mom, Dad, I was able to do it. Forgive me for dropping out of school to pursue my path. But now I stand here as a champion.
This journey took me 8 competitive seasons. There were so many moments when people doubted me, when I doubted myself and didn’t believe I would ever be able to lift this cup. Despite everything, my teammates and coach always believed in me. I’m grateful to the Bigetron by Vitality fans who never gave up and supported us no matter what. We finally did it—we’re champions!
Bigetron by Vitality became the MPL Indonesia Season 17 champion after defeating ONIC 4-1 in the competition’s grand final. Moreno’s team was awarded $71,993.84 in prize money and received an invitation to the main stage of the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026.
