ONESHOT on Hirara: “She farms the jungle a bit weakly at the start, but gets stronger once she’s built up 40% cooldown reduction.”

After playing as Hirara today, I came to the conclusion: the hero kites very well, lures enemies into traps, and so on, but it requires a fair amount of skill to do so; it’s currently difficult to carry a 1v5 solo with her without the proper buffs due to her unique gameplay. If we take Joy as an example—who can fly in and kill the cows—Hirara won’t be able to play 1v5 like that. She farms the jungle rather weakly at the start but gets stronger once she’s built up 40% cooldown reduction.
