Team Spirit — Champion of the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026
The MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026, held as part of the Esports World Cup 2026, has come to a close. In the grand final, Team Spirit defeated Yangon Galacticos 4–3 to claim the title of this international tournament.
Team Spirit opened the series by winning the first map. Yangon Galacticos evened the score in the second match. The third map was completely dominated by Team Spirit, who won 15–1. The fourth match proved just as crushing for Yangon Galacticos. Team Spirit lost the fifth and sixth maps with scores of 2–17 and 1–17, respectively. The decisive match was dominated by Team Spirit.

Prize Pool Distribution
A total of $3,025,000 USD and 2,750 EWC club points were up for grabs at the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026. The prizes were distributed as follows:
- 1st place — Team Spirit ($1,000,000 and 1,000 EWC points);
- 2nd place — Yangon Galacticos ($500,000 and 750 EWC points);
- 3rd place — ONIC (US$250,000 and 500 EWC points);
- 4th place — Team Falcons PH ($150,000 and 300 EWC points);
- 5th–8th place — Team Vamos, Aurora Gaming, Team Vitality, PRO Esports ($100,000 and 200 EWC points each);
- 9th–12th place — Guangzhou Gaming, Team Falcons, Selangor Red Giants, Entity7 ($15,000 each);
- 13th–16th place — True Rippers, IGNITE Gaming, Geekay Esports, Team Liquid PH ($45,000 each).
- 17th place — The Huns Esports ($35,000);
- 18th–19th place — FUT Esports and Alpha7 Esports ($31,500 each);
- 20th–21st place — King of Gamers Club and Niightmare Esports ($29,000 each);
- 22nd–23rd place — Sunset Ravens and The MongolZ ($27,000 each);
- 24th–25th place — VSG and Verso Time ($25,000 each).
The MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026 concluded on August 1 in Paris, France. Twenty-five teams participated in the LAN tournament, competing for a $3,025,000 prize pool and 3,350 EWC Club Championship points. The tournament was part of the Esports World Cup 2026 program.
