Collapse has gone on vacation, and Miposhka is taking a break—Batyuk and Illidan will replace them on Team Spirit’s Dota 2 roster.
Team Spirit announced on its Telegram channel that Dota 2 offlaner Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov has gone on vacation. He will be temporarily replaced by Bogdan “Batyuk” Batyuk. The club also stated that Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov has taken a break from his career. Ilya “Illidan” Pivtsaev will take on the role of coach.

Both departures were expected and had been discussed even during the season. No drama—human resources aren’t infinite. I’d like to thank Yaroslav for his help: it was great to get together again, listen to jokes—some funny, some not so much—hang out in the smoking room before bed on the eve of important games, try to find common ground, and, most importantly, achieve results. I hope we’re saying “see you soon” to each other, not “goodbye.” To Magomed, I wish you a chance to relax however you want, to look at life from different perspectives and angles, to try things you haven’t tried yet, and to breathe in freedom to your heart’s content. With their updated roster, the “Dragons” will make their debut at BLAST SLAM VIII. The tournament will take place from September 29 to October 11: the group stage will be played online, and the playoffs will be hosted by Malta. The prize pool will total $750,000.
Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov and Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov joined Team Spirit in December 2020. Together, they won The International in 2021 and 2023, and in 2026 they claimed their third title—with Miposhka now serving as coach.
Bogdan “Batyuk” Batyuk had previously filled in for Collapse, including at PGL Wallachia Season 8, while Ilya “Illidan” Pivtsaev played for Team Spirit in several rosters—in 2016, 2017–2018, and 2019. In 2018, he and the team took third place at Galaxy Battles II.
