Wisper explained why he will not represent Bolivia in the Esports Nations Cup 2026 qualifiers

LGD Gaming offlaner Adrián “Wisper” Céspedes Dobles posted a message on X explaining why he would not be part of the Bolivian national team for the Esports Nations Cup 2026 qualifiers.
Wisper said that he was contacted in January via Michael-, but at the time, he couldn’t confirm whether he would participate because he needed to coordinate it with his team. Over the following weeks, there was no clarity regarding the organization of the process at the local level, so Adrian decided not to rush his response.
After leaving HEROIC, the esports player went through a difficult period related not only to his career but also to a flare-up of his illness due to severe stress. For this reason, Wisper missed DreamLeague Season 29. Once the situation improved, the player was in a state of mind suitable for making important decisions and contacted Michael-, but the opportunity to represent Bolivia had already passed.
“I’m very sorry that I won’t be able to represent my country. I understand the anger and disappointment, and I believe I should have acted sooner or tried to resolve this differently. I take full responsibility for this. Thank you to those who asked, those who support me, and those who understand,” Adrian concluded.
