Xtreme Gaming defeated Conventus Stellarum, and Team Cobra defeated PlayTime in the PGL Wallachia Season 9 group stage

Xtreme Gaming and Team Cobra emerged victorious over Conventus Stellarum and PlayTime, respectively, in the group stage of PGL Wallachia Season 9.

Conventus Stellarum crushed Xtreme Gaming on the first map with a score of 33-8. The second match followed a similar pattern, but this time in favor of the Chinese team. Conventus Stellarum controlled the third map from the very start, but Xtreme Gaming managed to seize the advantage and secure the win.

PlayTime easily defeated Team Cobra on the first map with a score of 46–16. Team Cobra controlled the second and third matches from the very start, allowing them to win easily.

Thus, Xtreme Gaming and Team Cobra advance to the next round with a 2–0 record, while Conventus Stellarum and PlayTime stand at 1–1.

PGL Wallachia Season 9 will take place from September 19 to 27 in Bucharest, Romania. Sixteen teams will compete in the tournament for a prize pool of $1,000,000, with $300,000 going to the winner. The previous tournament in the series ended with a victory for BetBoom Team.
