All PUBG maps on PC and PUBG Mobile: names, features, and secret rooms
Over the years, PUBG developers have released more than a dozen maps for various game modes. Some are available only in PUBG on PC, while others have appeared exclusively in PUBG Mobile. In this article, we’ve compiled a list of all the maps, described their features, and explained where to find secret rooms, secret keys, and maps for the Metro Royale mode.
All PUBG Maps
PUBG Maps on PC
Currently, the following main maps are available in PUBG: Battlegrounds:
Erangel — the classic 8x8 km map.
Miramar — a desert with open spaces.
Sanhok — a compact 4x4 km jungle map.
Vikendi — a snow-covered map.
Karakin — a small 2x2 km desert map.
Paramo — a volcanic map with a dynamic landscape.
Taego — a large Korean map.
Deston — a modern metropolis with skyscrapers.
Rondo is the largest Asian-themed map.
PUBG Mobile Maps
The mobile version features the Erangel, Livik, Sanhok, Miramar, Vikendi, Nusa, and Karakin maps (the latter appears during certain updates and game modes). In addition to the classic maps, PUBG Mobile regularly features temporary maps for seasonal modes.
Metro Royale Maps
In Metro Royale, maps unlock as you level up your account. There aren’t many of them: Basic and Advanced (for beginners), Foggy Port, Arctic Base, and Assault. The latter is considered the most difficult and is suitable for experienced players. But the rewards are commensurate.
Where to Find Secret Rooms and Hidden Keys
On some PUBG Mobile maps, you’ll find secret rooms containing valuable loot. You can only get inside if you have a secret key or a key card, which drops randomly during a match.
Secret rooms most often appear on Erangel, Livik, and some themed maps in seasonal modes.
Keys drop randomly and can be found anywhere on the map.
