Churin is a local legend of Snowy with the title “Sculptor Apprentice, Martial Arts Master.” During battle, this spirit creates ice sculptures that help him attack. To earn all the rewards, you must prevent the Big-Mouthed Glacier from appearing and defeat the enemy before it creates its third figure.
Churin is located in a camp east of Svetloledovka. Travel to the nearest teleport and follow the road to the area with the ice sculptures. If the teleport hasn’t unlocked yet, take the train to the village and continue on foot.

On your first visit, talk to the mentor and agree to a sparring match. First, you’ll need to defeat Fadeev and Bragin, after which the battle with Churin will begin.
For all three medals, it’s best to use “Stellar Superconductor” or “Stellar Scattering.” These reactions allow you to interfere with the creation of the sculpture and prevent Churin from carving the Big-Mouthed Glacier.
Example teams:
If you don’t have suitable Legendary Heroes, use Cryo Traveler and an Electro or Anemo character. Charge your elemental bursts before the battle: speed is crucial for earning the final medal.
In “Chronicles of Valor,” you must fulfill three conditions:
You can complete all these objectives in a single battle if you deal enough damage and manage to use Star Reactions at the right time.
When Churin summons an ice cube and begins carving a figure, immediately cast Star Superconductor or Star Dispersion on him. Instead of the Big-Mouthed Glacier, a sculpture of a regular animal will appear.

Repeat this with every new cube until the end of the battle. Regular attacks on Churin himself aren’t enough: while you’re chipping away at his health, he can finish sculpting a dangerous figure.
For this medal, all completed figures count, including animals that appeared after “Stellar Reaction.” Therefore, preventing the “Big-Mouthed Glacier” once isn’t enough—you need to quickly deplete Churin’s health.
Use ally buffs and elemental bursts, and don’t delay when switching between characters. Try to finish the battle before the third carving: if the third sculpture is already complete, you won’t be able to meet the condition for this attempt.
Churin can quickly kill the active character, so don’t neglect healing and shields. If an Anemo whirlwind appears on the ground, step out of its area: it continues to deal damage as long as a hero is inside.
Don’t try to finish a long combo at any cost. Losing your main damage dealer will prolong the fight more than a brief dodge.
After a victory, Churin returns when the server resets daily. If you’ve already failed the bonus condition but the enemy is still alive, teleport far away or leave the arena. This will reset the battle, allowing you to try again without waiting until the next day. You don’t have to earn all the medals at once—you can complete the challenging conditions across multiple attempts.
Completing all three objectives grants:
Rewards can be claimed through the “Chronicles of Valor” from Katerina. A treasure chest also appears after your first sparring session with the other fighters and Churin.
