Anyone’s Legend and Bilibili Gaming qualified for the 2026 League of Legends World Championship following LPL Split 3
On September 13, the 2026 League of Legends Pro League (LPL) Split 3 came to an end. As a result, Anyone's Legend and Bilibili Gaming secured the first and second seeds from China for the 2026 World Championship. AL qualified as the tournament champion, while BLG qualified based on their season ranking points.
In the grand final, Anyone’s Legend defeated Bilibili Gaming with a score of 3–1. The 27-year-old jungler Lee “Tarzan” Seung-yeon was named the Most Valuable Player of the decisive series.

LPL 2026 Split 3 Prize Pool Distribution
- 1st place — Anyone's Legend (≈$253,000 and a slot in the 2026 World Championship);
- 2nd place — Bilibili Gaming (≈$149,000 and 110 points);
- 3rd place — Invictus Gaming (≈$89,000 and 80 points);
- 4th place — LGD Gaming (≈$45,000 and 50 points);
- 5th–6th place — Team WE and Ninjas in Pyjamas (≈$30,000 and 30 points each);
- 7th–8th places — Top Esports and JD Gaming (15 points each, no prize money).
The LPL 2026 Split 3 took place from July 22 to September 13 in China. Twelve teams competed in the tournament for a prize pool of approximately $596,000.
The remaining two spots from the LPL will be decided in regional qualifiers from September 17 to 19. Top Esports has already secured one of them by defeating Invictus Gaming 3-1. Invictus Gaming, Team WE, and JD Gaming are still competing for the final slot: the winner of the WE vs. JDG match will face IG in the decisive match on September 19.
The 2026 World Championship will take place from October 15 to November 14 in three U.S. cities—New York, Allen, and Los Angeles. The 19 teams will compete for a prize pool of $5,000,000. The winner will take home $1,000,000, and the runner-up will receive $800,000.
