Atlas, Freya, and Marcel were banned most frequently—the meta of the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026

Statistics for the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026 have been released. Find out which heroes were most frequently picked and which were most frequently banned in our article.

A total of 103 matches were played in the tournament, featuring 83 heroes out of the 133 available. Characters such as Valir, Hayabusa, Chip, and Halcart appeared in matches only once, while Terizla and Lynox were each banned just once during the draft phase. Among the fifty heroes not selected for the tournament were Johnson, Angela, Franco, Aimon, Masha, and others.

As in the group stage, Hirara topped the list of the most popular characters at MSC 2026. The new assassin was picked in 48 matches and banned in 83, and her win rate at the championship was 54.17%. Besides Hirara, the most frequently picked heroes were Cloud (48 picks), Atlas (43 picks), Pakito (42 picks), Belerik (41 picks), and Zhuxin (38 picks).

The most frequently banned heroes were Atlas (99 bans), Freya (99 bans), and Marcel (95 bans). In addition to the characters listed above, players also preferred to ban Zhuxin (84 bans), Hiraru (83 bans), Belerik (74 bans), and Valentina (70 bans).

ONIC made the best use of Hiraru—Grant “Kelra” Pillás’s team picked the assassin in 8 matches, winning 5 of them. Atlas was a formidable hero in the hands of Team Falcons MENA and Team Spirit (5 matches, 80% win rate for each), while Yangon Galacticos won all five matches in which they picked Cloud.

The MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026 was held from July 1 to August 1 in Paris, France. Twenty-five teams competed for a prize pool of $3,025,000 and 3,550 EWC club points. Team Spirit took first place in the tournament.
