A lack of focus on tournament matches is the main problem. This leads to forgetting things that were honed during training and, as a result, making mistakes in specific game situations.

The situation in the standings is, to put it mildly, dire, and several weeks of dialogue and work with the players have not yielded results. From the inside, it’s clear that not everyone is giving their all to the game—some due to a lack of experience, others due to a lack of discipline and commitment. I won’t say that Avilio or Repa are bad players, but in this situation, we no longer have time to find our footing—we need to take the bull by the horns, make it to the playoffs, and fight there for a spot on the international stage.

Many of you are familiar with Ptenchik; he’s a good goalder, and I think he’ll fit right into the team (this isn’t the first time). FIRSTAAAB is a strong jungler—young, determined, and ready to play 24/7. Actually, the suggestion to sign these players came from our current roster; many of them have played alongside them before and get along well. I think this is an added bonus for us because it’ll be easier for them to adapt to the team, especially given the tight schedule.

Right now, the coach is in the Philippines, but we plan to bring him to our boot camp so the team can be together. According to the plan, the boot camp is leading up to the playoffs, so our top priority is to qualify.
