The Wildcard stage of the M8 World Championship will take place from December 17 to 20.

The organizers of the M8 World Championship have announced on social media the dates for the Wildcard stage—it will take place from December 17 to 20, 2026.

The Wildcard stage will be held in Thailand, with 10 teams participating: 2 slots each for EMEA, EECA, and MCT EA; 3 slots for SEA; and 1 slot for MCT AMER.

At the MLBB Continental Championships Season 8, the top three teams were Team Yandex, Aurevia Team, and Team Spirit—all three will compete in the upcoming M8 World Championship, though only one team will advance to the main stage of the tournament, while the other two will receive slots in the Wildcard stage.
