MAJ3R addressed fans after being moved to the bench at Aurora Gaming in CS2

Professional player Enjin “MAJ3R” Kupeli spoke out after being moved to the bench of Aurora Gaming’s Counter-Strike 2 roster. He posted his message on his personal page on social media platform X.
Sometimes even the most beautiful stories come to an end... to make way for a new one.
This decision wasn’t easy for me, but I’ve decided to put my professional career on hold and spend more time with my family. Being captain has always been a tremendous honor for me, but being a father and a husband is just as important. That’s what I want to focus on in the future.
Throughout our entire journey as part of the “Turkish Five,” I gave it my all to lead my team and my country to the top. And I have no regrets. It was a wonderful chapter in our lives. We’ve experienced many memorable moments, overcome difficult times, worked hard, and gone through an incredible number of challenges together.
After this amazing journey and so many years on the professional stage, I felt it was time to devote myself to my children and my closest loved ones. But I remain a part of Aurora, and in the coming days I’ll be able to share some good news with you.
Throughout this entire journey, we’ve always been supported by our sixth player—our fans. I want to thank each and every one of you for being there even during the toughest moments. Thanks to you, we never felt alone and always found the strength to continue our journey to the top.
A special thank you to all my teammates, with whom we’ve come this long way. Together, we’ve been through both good and bad times, but each of you has always shown respect and done everything possible for our common goal—to take Turkish Counter-Strike to the top. Thank you for that. <...>
