The Winged Lion Chimera is a world boss in the Snow region of Genshin Impact. The boss’s mechanics are designed to trigger Constellation reactions, so it won’t be easy to defeat it without the right party. Where to Find the Winged Lion Chimera
The boss is located quite far to the west of Dawnbreak Station. Teleport to the station and collect the fire orbs near the teleport—without them, it will be difficult to survive.
It’s difficult to walk across the frozen lake, so take the path through the narrow passage between the islets. Place a heat source using your new building ability (this requires 50 energy), or use others’ if they’ve already appeared in your world.
How to Defeat the Winged Lion Chimera
The boss wields the Anemo and Electro elements and switches between them. During the “Voice of Thunder” effect, it shields itself with an Electro shield, which is best destroyed using Star Reactions.
While in the “Lord of the Wind” state, the boss summons Anemo orbs, which must be destroyed with Cryo, Pyro, Hydro, or Electro elements to weaken it. If you fail to do so, the boss will charge up a powerful attack.

The boss has high resistance to Anemo and Electro elements, but you’ll need Star Reactions to defeat him. Therefore, it’s advisable to bring a Cryo DPS—Sandrone or Rizley—or a support DPS like Odette.
